Refunds may be considered only if:

- $50 Client Intake Fee
- Services that have already been partially or fully delivered
- Consulting, meetings, or research that has been completed
4. Partial Refunds
In cases where services are partially delivered but canceled mid-project, RIVANA INC may issue a partial refund based on work completed.
The refund amount will be calculated pro-rata and communicated in writing before approval.

- RIVANA INC will review requests within 5 business days
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
6. Disclaimer of Results
RIVANA INC provides services in good faith using professional expertise. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including business growth, funding approvals, or financial results. Your success depends on multiple factors beyond RIVANA INC’s control. Refunds will not be issued based on outcomes that are influenced by these external factors.
7. Third-Party Services & Integrations
Some RIVANA INC services utilize third-party platforms (e.g., GoDaddy, Zoom) to deliver portions of our services. While we use these platforms to provide functionality, RIVANA INC is not responsible for their availability, performance, or changes in terms. Any service disruptions or limitations caused by these platforms do not automatically qualify for a refund.
8. Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage clients to contact us first before filing any payment disputes with banks or third-party payment processors (e.g., GoDaddy).
Disputes may delay project progress and may affect eligibility for future services.
