• Marketing Strategy Development (MSD)
• Branding & Identity Creation (BIC)
• Business Grant Proposal Writing (for-profit and nonprofit)

Service descriptions, pricing, and deliverables are outlined on our website and checkout pages. All services are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing services or submitting any forms, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Understand that RIVANA INC cannot guarantee specific outcomes or funding approvals
• Respond promptly to requests for information needed to complete services

• Payments for services are collected via GoDaddy payment processing
• Intake fees (e.g., $50 Client Intake Fee) are applied to the total service price as noted on each checkout page
• Any remaining balance, if applicable, will be invoiced and due prior to delivery of final service materials
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy (see separate page)

RIVANA INC retains all intellectual property rights to materials, templates, and systems used in delivering services.
Clients receive a license to use final deliverables for their business purposes only.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of RIVANA INC materials is strictly prohibited.

RIVANA INC provides services in good faith using professional expertise.
We cannot guarantee results, including business growth, funding approvals, or financial outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIVANA INC’s liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.

Some RIVANA INC services utilize third-party platforms (e.g., GoDaddy, Zoom) to deliver portions of our services. While we use these platforms to provide functionality, RIVANA INC is not responsible for their availability, performance, or changes in terms. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the involvement of these third-party platforms.

RIVANA INC provides services in good faith using professional expertise. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including business growth, funding approvals, or financial results. Your success depends on multiple factors beyond RIVANA INC’s control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in Ohio courts unless otherwise agreed.

RIVANA INC may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
